Since now, a few studies on testicular artery parameters have been performed. The aim of this study was to determine the changes in peak systolic velocity of testicular arteries in patients with varicocele. Materials and Methods: twenty eight patients with clinical diagnosis of left, right or bilateral varicocele with scrotal vein diameter of more that 2.5 mm on their color doppler ultrasonography were included in this study. Results: Peak systolic velocity of intratesticular and testicular arteries of men with varicocele was not significantly different from those of controls who had no varicoceles. Conclusion: Varicocele does not significantly alter the testicular peak systolic velocity.
